•Synchrotron light sources at National Labs such as National Synchrotron Light Source (Brookhaven National Lab) and Advanced Photon Source (Argonne National Lab) are sources of brilliant and tunable high intensity x-rays and will be used. These facilities are available to non-profit academic institutions and for profit organizations to conduct cutting edge advanced research. Time is accorded at these facilities on a competitive basis.
